These terms apply whenever you use the Bizzloans website or ask us to compare finance for you. Please read them. If there is something here you are not comfortable with, don’t use the service — call us on 1300 617 673 and we’ll talk it through instead.
Who we are
Bizzloans Australia is a business finance comparison and referral service. We are operated by GENESIS CHAIN FINANCIAL GROUP PTY LTD, ABN 48 625 098 937.
We are not a lender. We do not lend money, we do not approve applications, and we do not set rates. What we do is take what you tell us about your business, match it against the lenders on our panel, and bring you the options that fit. The credit contract, if you proceed, is between you and the lender.
How we are paid
Our service is free to you. We are paid a commission by the lender if and when a loan settles. The amount varies by lender and by product.
This does not change what you pay. The rate and fees you are offered are set by the lender. We will tell you the commission we receive on your specific deal if you ask, and we would rather you asked.
We do not accept payment for ranking, position or prominence on this site. Where a lender appears in a list, that is not an endorsement and not a recommendation that the product suits you.
What we don't do
Nothing on this site is financial, legal or taxation advice, and nothing here takes your objectives, financial situation or needs into account. It is general information only.
Amounts, rates, terms and timeframes shown anywhere on this site — including in the calculator — are indicative only. They are not an offer of finance and not a pre-approval. Everything is subject to lender assessment and approval.
Business finance for a wholly business purpose is generally not regulated under the National Consumer Credit Protection Act 2009 (Cth). That means some protections that apply to consumer lending do not apply. Speak to your accountant or a licensed adviser before you commit.
Your obligations
The information you give us has to be true, current and complete. Lenders verify entity structures, trading history, credit files and ABN registrations during underwriting. Supplying false or mismatched details will usually end the application, and may have consequences beyond that.
You must be authorised to apply on behalf of the business, and to give us the information you provide about it.
Acceptable use
Use the site for its intended purpose. Do not attempt to interfere with it, gain unauthorised access to any part of it, scrape it at scale, or use it to send unsolicited communications. Content on this site belongs to us or our licensors and may not be reproduced commercially without permission.
Third parties
We link to lender websites and other third-party resources. We do not control them and we are not responsible for their content, their products or their handling of your information. Their terms apply when you deal with them.
Limitation of liability
We take reasonable care, but we provide this site and our service on an “as is” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any loss arising from your use of the site or reliance on anything in it, including indirect or consequential loss.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where our liability can be limited but not excluded, it is limited to resupplying the service or paying the cost of having it resupplied.
Complaints
If something has gone wrong, tell us first — most things are fixed quickly. Call 1300 617 673 or use the complaints option on our contact page. We will acknowledge your complaint promptly and tell you who is handling it.
If we cannot resolve your complaint, you can escalate it to the relevant external dispute resolution scheme for the lender involved, or to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner where the issue concerns privacy.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms. The version published here is the one that applies, and the date at the top tells you when it last changed.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
